Return and Replacement Policy
Our objective is to have a satisfied customer. In case you are not satisfied with our products, we will replace the product if it is damaged or not in working condition.
In case of returns of Damaged goods, please follow the conditions mentioned
- Inform our office by email (info@greenOponics.com) regarding the damaged goods/non-working goods within 24 hours of receipt.
- After informing the office, the goods are to be dropped at our “fulfillment centre” within 3 days in original packing and the replacement will be effected if the goods are damaged or not in working condition.
- As of now, for international shipping, there will be no replacement.
- In case of any damage while shipping, please inform the respective shipping/courier company for filing the claim. We request you to save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Refunds are not possible for orders once they are DELIVERED AND ACCEPTED by the customer.
- In case you feel the order is not as per the specification, please inform our customer service team within 24 hours on email@example.com. Our CS team will look into the matter immediately and take appropriate action.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the shipment/delivery has been affected.
